We choose this hotel due to location, but the place needs serious makeover. Paint had peeled off in several places on the walls, dressing table light wasn’t working, ac kept switching to fan mode every couple of hours. The switch box was just placed beside the bed in a weird manner. Hotel didn’t keep a hair dryer. Never ever recommending this place to anyone. It’s like an old generation that refuses to accept change

The hotel is in the heart of Pune city,but the room maintenance is horrible.Not able to provide soaps and not able to provide hot water for baths. Food is very good and tasty with traditional Maharashtra flavours.

There are some rough edges that make the stay inpkeasant: 1. They use hard mattresses on the beds, while that is alright, the size of bed and the mattresses is different, i. E, the mattresses are smaller than the bed because of which gap opens up between the mattresses which makes it uncomfortable. 2. The material used for finishing used on wooden surfaces makes the surface look dull.

The room was bad, toiletries were torn quality, hot water ketli had paint stain inside. Which disabled me having hot water or tea coffee. Even hand towel was not there. Overallbad experience. No snaps i could click but this feedback is shared at reception.

Shreyas is a well-known name for Pune travellers. It lives up to its name. The room was very nice and the staff very helpful. It was a smooth experience to stay here with family. The complimentary breakfast added the extra flourish! They serve really tasty food. Highly recommended.
